The courses, workbooks, and toolkits at Sticky Brain Studio through StickyBrainStudio.org aren’t just for individual families. They’re built to be licensed by organizations — pediatric clinics, primary care practices, schools, and youth-serving programs that want to extend their care without building a behavioral health team from scratch or while working to assemble a team of licensed providers. License the curriculum, deliver it in-house, and give your patients, students, or families comprehensive neurodiversity-affirming support as part of their treatment plan. Booking & Insurance

Insurance is accepted for therapy and select screenings.

We use two platforms to keep booking simple:

Headway (insurance-billed therapy) — for therapy services eligible for insurance coverage. Headway handles all insurance verification and billing. Coverage and eligibility must be verified directly through Headway before your first appointment, as accepted plans can change.

Insurance plans accepted for therapy (through Headway):

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (including Anthem EAP)

  • Ascension / Smart Health

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Cigna and Evernorth

  • Humana

  • Quest Behavioral Health

SimplePractice (private pay) — for evaluations, parent and professional consultations, supervision, single case consults, private pay therapy services, and trainings. Book directly through our client portal.

Payment plans are available for almost all private-pay services, and a Concierge Membership is available for clients who want bundled access to clinical services.
